ABOUT US

The REACH Program is part of the Diabetes Alliance Team at Western University in London, Ontario. The Diabetes Alliance pursues a diverse healthcare portfolio to close the gap in chronic disease care and enhance its understanding and clinical management. Under the leadership of Dr. Stewart Harris, the Alliance has completed over 40 projects, partnered with 35+ Indigenous communities and healthcare partners, and brought in over $25 million in program funding.
